REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY


Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We have a 5 day cooling off period for any online course. 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes our online courses and that the course has not been started and that the customer cancels within the 5 day cooling off period. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item is one of our courses, than you must not have accessed your course. If you ordered a kit with your course, then your refund or exchanged will be returned to you once the kit has been returned to us. 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Glues cannot be returned unless the seal of the original packaging is unopened. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, within 2 days of receiving your product we require an email to info@dearlashbabe.com.au with a receipt or proof of purchase and why you would like to return the product.
When returning the product to us, we require you to also attach a copy of proof of purchase to the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any form of abuse to staff members and aggressive behaviour will result in an immediate dismissal without a refund to our online and face to face courses. 

Partial refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Receiving the product
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you used After-pay, your refund will be returned to you through after pay. Please follow After-pay returns policy if this applies to you.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dearlashbabe.com.au

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items can only be exchanged with something of the same sale value.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dearlashbabe.com.au and send your item to: 34 Station Street Moorabbin 3189 Victoria

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 34 Station Street, Moorabbin VIC 3189, Australia.
All returns must be safely shipped back to Dear Lash Babe. If product is damaged or missing during postage return this is not our responsibility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
