Shipping times are subject to stock availability.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within the week of your order, if the order is in stock. Dear Lash Babe is not responsible in the event a parcel is not received within the expected time frames as there can be unforeseen delays by postage providers or other marco-environmental factors.

Dear Lash Babe is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or incorrect addresses. No funds will be provided based on reasonable delays in postage.
