MEET THE FOUNDER
I'm the founder of Dear Lash Babe and the educator behind The Lash Artistry Academy™.
With over seven years of experience in the lash industry, I've experienced firsthand what it takes to develop your skills, build a clientele and navigate the realities of running a beauty business.
I created Dear Lash Babe because I wanted lash education to go further than teaching techniques. I wanted aspiring artists to have access to the practical training, business knowledge and ongoing guidance that can make a real difference when building something of their own.
Today, Dear Lash Babe has supported over 2,000 students, and my commitment remains the same: education that prepares you for the industry, not just the certificate.

Every chapter of Dear Lash Babe has shaped the education, mentorship and resources we provide today. Here's how it all began.
Dear Lash Babe was born with $20 model appointments, six-hour lash sets and a determination to perfect my craft. That same year, I worked alongside the educator who first taught me to lash, educating thousands of her students and helping design, open and manage her salon.
I opened my first salon, only to close within the first month due to COVID-19. Rather than giving up, I used that experience as the motivation to begin developing our first online eyelash extension course.
I opened my second salon and took a leap of faith by designing and developing our own eyelash extension product line. All while welcoming my son into the world and continuing to build the business.
Our third salon opened, and Dear Lash Babe continued evolving as I began managing the education and progress of hundreds of my own eyelash extension students. Behind the scenes, I was also welcoming another son into our growing family.
2023 marked a turning point for Dear Lash Babe. We made the decision to close our three salons and focus entirely on education, growing from hundreds of students to thousands. During this transition, we began developing our online Lash Lift & Tint Course and expanding our professional product line to include Lash Lift & Tint Kits, creating new opportunities for our students to develop their skills and services.
With our Eyelash Extension and Lash Lift & Tint courses continuing to grow, we introduced new ways to support our students through interactive group learning sessions, shared knowledge and ongoing mentorship. We also began building relationships with experienced lash educators across the United States, Canada and beyond, welcoming international guest educators into our Academy to share their expertise, introduce fresh perspectives and expand the learning opportunities available to our students..
We recognised that mastering lash techniques was only one part of building a successful career. This inspired us to expand our education into business development, social media and marketing. It was also the year The Lash Educator Course was born, empowering our existing students to take the next step in their careers and build lash education businesses of their own.
We're expanding and redeveloping our courses to deliver ongoing, up-to-date education for both current and future students, while creating a premium product line designed to support lash artists at every stage of their careers. This year marks an exciting new chapter for Dear Lash Babe, laying the foundations for even bigger things to come in 2027.
