Returns & Refunds

Return Window (Shipping Return Window)
You have 40 days from the delivery date (as shown on the carrier’s tracking) to request a return for physical products. For online courses, you have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided the course has not been accessed.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If you use our prepaid return label, a flat AU$12.95 return shipping fee (within Australia) will be deducted from your refund.

  • International returns are at the customer’s expense at the actual carrier cost (no prepaid label offered).

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost in full.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Courses

  • Courses with kit: Refunds are only available if the course has not been accessed and the kit is returned unused in original packaging.

  • Courses without kit / digital products: Non-refundable once accessed.

How to Start a Return
Email dearlashbabe@gmail.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (where applicable) and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery, take photos, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and eyelash extension glues once opened. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products or courses.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
