We’re committed to ensuring your order is processed efficiently and delivered safely.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing window: Orders for eyelash kits and products are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after your order is placed or after funds clear from third-party providers.

  • Business days: Monday–Friday (VIC), excluding public holidays.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and timeframes are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (after processing)

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (after processing)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, peak periods, severe weather, customs for international orders).

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Rates and timelines are calculated at checkout.

  • Duties & taxes: Any import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

  • Restricted items: Certain items (e.g., flammable liquids such as some lash adhesives) may face carrier or destination restrictions that can affect service options or transit times.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dearlashbabe@gmail.com.

  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, replace or resolve your order.

  • Please keep packaging and photos of any damage to assist with the claim.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

To get items to you sooner, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Signature on Delivery (where available)

Some orders may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a collection card or re-delivery notice.

Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable or refused may incur re-shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
