Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Course Access, Lifetime Access & Support Policy

Access & Lifetime Use

Students enrolled in Dear Lash Babe online courses receive lifetime access to the training materials via The Lash Artistry Academy™ learning portal.
We reserve the right to perform scheduled website maintenance, updates or construction that may temporarily restrict access. Students will be notified in advance by email or inside The Lash Artistry Academy™ if maintenance periods occur.

Assessment Marking

Assessment submissions are typically reviewed within 24 – 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required course tasks, assessments and evidence submissions.
Digital certificates are emailed or available in the student dashboard on The Lash Artistry Academy™
Students enrolled on payment plans must have their plan paid in full before receiving their Certificate of Completion.
Dear Lash Babe reserves the right to withhold certificates until all financial obligations are met.

Ongoing Support

Support requests can be submitted inside The Lash Artistry Academy™ or by email at dearlashbabe@gmail.com. 
Standard response time is 24 – 48 hours.
Support covers course-related questions, platform access, assessment feedback and certificate enquiries.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Dear Lash Babe and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dear Lash Babe, its affiliates and employees from any claim or demand by a third party arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
